Job Title: Director, Mid-West Sales

Reports To: VP Sales and Business Development
Job Description:
  • Responsible for prospecting and selling the InflectionPointMedia.com product within designated territory.
  • This person will need to be a sales leader with the ability to develop and foster large relationships.
  • This person must be comfortable letting their actions speak for themselves.
  • This person should have a proven track record of success (meeting and exceeding goals)
  • This person should have solid experience working with large agencies, SEO’s/SEM’s and premier clients directly.
  • This person will need to represent InflectionPointMedia.com at industry events
  • This person will need to travel as needed
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for regional prospecting
  • Qualify and answer each prospects questions regarding the IPM service.
  • Pursue and manage opportunities thru to closure of the sale
  • Close new business each month
  • 5 client/agency direct meetings per week
  • Respond to inbound inquiries for information on the product.
  • Discuss and convey the benefits/advantages of the IPM product offering in person and over the phone
  • Enter and track prospects and associated notes within the sales contact database.
  • Prepare weekly call reports to regional VP as requested
  • Attain annual quota.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Track record of quota attainment
  • Intelligent and Creative
  • Strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 8-12 years sales experience, preferably in the online, media or high tech industries.
  • Understanding of the Internet, online search and directory space, B2B marketing.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Strong communication, organization and writing skills.
Working Conditions:
